We had Robert come to clean all of the carpets in a 30 year-old home we just purchased (some with extensive stains that we didn’t think could be removed). He was incredibly responsive and prompt in responding to my initial inquiry about his services and several subsequent emails asking additional questions and adding to his “to do” list. His services were very reasonably priced compared to several other carpet cleaning companies I had contacted. He provided excellent detailed info ahead of time about what we needed to do to prepare for the cleaning, the details of the process and eco-friendly, non-toxic products he uses, and how long the whole process would take. On the scheduled day, he was prompt, highly professional, and took time to walk through the whole house with me before he started to look at areas of special concern and see what questions I had. He also brought a special light that he shined on the carpets which revealed extensive evidence of animal urine in several rooms, and he explained what he could do to address those, as well as what could not really be remedied short of replacing the carpets, pads and potentially even subfloors. He was thorough and diligentin covering every inch of carpet. Before he left, he once again took time to do a walkthrough to look at everything, ensure I was happy with the results and see whether I had any other questions. We are truly amazed at how good these old carpets looked after he finished and relieved to be able to now take our time making decisions about eventual replacement.
