Tile & Grout Cleaning
An initial walk through inspection is performed with you to address any areas of concern.
We set up to protect all surrounding areas that are not scheduled for cleaning. This includes moving small furniture. All large pieces should be moved in advance for their protection.
We perform a vacuum step to remove any loose soil, prior to the application of the heated tile and grout cleaner. Once applied to your floor, we will work the cleaner deep into the pores of your tile and grout with a special brush to assist the emulsification of soil. Edges and corners will be addressed in this step.
Once the highly concentrated cleaner has had dwell time, we use our truck-mounted high pressure and vacuum system with our extraction tool to blast and remove all contaminants. If any spots are not removed during the cleaning process, specialty spotting techniques are employed. Note: Permanent stains identified may not be removed.
While we pick up our equipment and remove all safety gear, we speed dry the tile with our high velocity air movers.
After your floor is completely dry, a sealer maybe applied to the grout lines to assist in the protection from staining. This is usually done the following day or a time that is scheduled more convenient. Grout lines are porous and take longer to dry than the tile surfaces themselves.
